This charter sets out what every Aguinaldo Ghana candidate can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.
What we commit to you
- Transparency on fees. We will never charge undisclosed fees. Every cost, including exam registration, credential evaluation and visa filing, is explained in writing before you pay.
- Honest timelines. We will give you realistic estimates for each stage of the process and keep you informed of any delays.
- Dedicated support. You will have a named point of contact at Aguinaldo Ghana throughout your placement journey.
- Employer-sponsored visas. We only place candidates into roles where the employer sponsors your work authorisation. You will not be left to navigate immigration alone.
- Relocation support. We arrange housing, airport transfers and orientation support so your first days abroad go smoothly.
- Family pathway. We will advise you on reunification options for your immediate family as soon as you are settled in your role.
- Respect and dignity. We treat every candidate, regardless of background, gender or experience level, with professionalism and respect.
What we ask of you
- Submit accurate, complete and up-to-date documentation at every stage.
- Communicate openly with your Aguinaldo contact, especially if circumstances change.
- Engage seriously with your NCLEX or IELTS preparation programme.
- Honour commitments made to employer partners and the communities you will serve.
- Represent Aguinaldo Ghana with integrity. Your success is our best advertisement.
