Aguinaldo Recruitment Ghana Ltd ("Aguinaldo Ghana", "we", "us") is a licensed international recruitment agency headquartered at 3rd Floor, Jubilee Mall, Commercial Area, KNUST Campus, Kumasi, Ghana. We place Ghanaian nurses and teachers into permanent, employer-sponsored roles in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

2. Information we collect

When you apply through our online form or contact us directly, we may collect:

• Full name, date of birth, nationality and contact details
• Professional qualifications, licences and work history
• Passport and identity documents
• NCLEX, IELTS and other examination results
• Bank and payment details where required for processing fees

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Match you with suitable employer partners in your destination country
• Process visa and credential verification applications
• Communicate with you throughout your placement journey
• Comply with immigration and employment law in Ghana and destination countries

4. Sharing your data

We share your information only with our institutional partners, including United Methodist Healthcare Recruitment (UMHR) and International Education Evaluations (IEE), and with destination-country employers relevant to your application. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain candidate records for up to 7 years from the date of application in compliance with Ghanaian regulatory requirements.
