2. Our service

Aguinaldo Recruitment Ghana Ltd is a licensed recruitment agency. We act as an intermediary between qualified Ghanaian candidates and international employer partners in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not guarantee employment outcomes; we facilitate placement opportunities.

3. Candidate obligations

By applying through Aguinaldo Ghana, you confirm that:

• All information provided in your application is accurate and complete
• You hold the qualifications and licences you declare
• You will notify us immediately of any change in your availability, qualifications or circumstances
• You will not misrepresent your application to any employer partner

4. Fees

Application to Aguinaldo Ghana is free. Any fees associated with credential evaluation, visa processing or examination registration are disclosed in full before you are asked to pay. We do not charge undisclosed fees at any stage.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Aguinaldo Recruitment Ghana Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
