Who Qualifies to be Recruited Nurses (Diploma and Degree General Nurses and Degree Midwives)

If you are a general nurse (either diploma general nurse or degree general nurse) and degree midwives, we are happy to recruit you and prepare you for the US Nursing Licensure exam, NCLEX.

We provide the complete support you need from the registration for the NCLEX exams (including credentials evaluation, US Board of Nursing application, criminal background checks and Pearson Vue application for your Authorisation to Test.

We also have a vigorous and robust NCLEX class plus all the books, question banks and every other support you need to prepare you for your NCLEX exams.
Upon passing the NCLEX, we sponsor fully, your EB-3 visa (green card) filling with the various US Government agencies plus your tickets and relocation support.
We also support the green card filing for your dependents (spouse and children).

We assist our recruited nurse to meet all these requirements. To qualify for recruitment under the EB-3 visa program, Ghanaian nurses must meet specific educational, professional, and immigration requirements.

  1. Valid Nursing Qualification (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
  2. Valid Nursing License (NMC Ghana)
  3. Pass the NCLEX-RN examination
  4. English proficiency (IELTS or OET as required)
  5. Credential evaluation (CGFNS or equivalent)
  6. Valid passport
  7. Clean police clearance certificate
  8. Medical examination by approved panel physician
  9. Job offer from a U.S. employer
  10. Employer files PERM Labor Certification and I-140 petition
  11. Complete DS-260 immigrant visa application
